On September 25, SM Entertainment, Leeteuk’s agency, reported that Leeteuk will enter the 306 military training camp on October 30, receive military training for five weeks, and serve in the army for 21 months.
Super Junior’s Leeteuk, 8eight’s Lee Hyun and Mighty Mouth’s Sangchu are set make their military enlistment this October and will serve as an active duty soldier.
On September 25th, it was confirmed that the three artists will begin their basic mandatory training in Nonsan Training Camp, with Lee Hyun starting on October 8th and Leeteuk and Sangchu on October 30th. The basic training will last for five weeks followed by their active soldier duties.
Recently, Super Junior’s Leeteuk apologized for not being able to attend to the end of the latest concert.
On September 22, the star tweeted, “For the SM Town concert in Jakarta, I wasn’t feeling well so I couldn’t be there to the end. I’m truly sorry and apologize for the absence. I should’ve gotten crazier and had more fun at the concert, and it makes me feel very frustrated. I’ll try to pay back with a better performance in the future.”
Super Junior’s Leeteuk has recovered his health.
On September 24, Leeteuk tweeted, “I feel much better now. I suffered from intestinal inflammation, exhausted, but I have quickly recovered. You take care of yourself, too! I feel like I can sleep now.”
